REMOTE OR LOCAL SAN FRANCISCO PA WITH LIGHT BILLPAY/FINANCE EXP. TO SUPPORT CEO, MUST TRAVEL AND KNOW FINANCE
CEO in the Bay Area is seeking a remote PA who can work from your home and their home in San Francisco. Must be able to travel, handle finances, for this part time (25 hours/week) position. Overall experience required from bill paying to emails to travel and multiple house and vehicle management. Thick-skinned, discreet, reliable and experienced candidates welcome to apply.
You will be working with a successful entrepreneur with established businesses. Hours are open and you may work when you want to but also when the client needs you, so you must be available when the call comes in. 25 guaranteed hours per week, work from your home mostly, then the client's SF home every couple of weeks for 2-3 days. You will need to travel with the client on occasion to other homes or areas when business requires.
Responsible, able to proactively handle client's needs. Discretion and boundaries are of paramount importance.
