EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO IN MID-TOWN, NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK

The Administrative Assistant provides assistance to members of the Executive Management staff. Duties may include administrative assistance with correspondence, assistance with board activities, heavy travel and secretarial support as well as personal assistant functions.
The role will require the assistant to help the company executive in the management of his/her respective schedules utilizing MS Outlook, handle telephone calls, prepare and book extensive international and domestic travel itineraries and perform special projects as assigned by the executive officer.
Candidates must have exceptional organisation skills with an ability to multitask. The assistant must be willing to perform PA duties and run errands as required by the CEO/Executive Assistant, along with other duties as assigned by the CEO/Executive Assistant.

NANNY SOUGHT FOR BROOKLYN FAMILY
An experienced, active nanny is sought by a Brooklyn family to care for their infant. Responsibilities are entirely child related. They require candidates to be confident drivers, musically inclined and bilingual.
The working hours are Monday through Friday amounting to 40 hours per week with occasional evening and weekend flexibility. During the summer the family lives in the Hamptons and prefers the nanny to accompany them.
A generous salary is available for individuals who meet all of the above requirements.

TRAVELLING PERSONAL/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO BILLIONAIRE ENTREPRENEUR
Globe traveling PA/EA with experience supporting UHNW clients needed for a successful young entrepreneur with an interest in quantum mechanics.
The role will involve planning events geared towards eclectic and eccentric clients, coordinating private jet travel (client’s own) and organising intense travel schedules. The assistant will be required to accompany him on international and domestic trips, manage multiple calendars, run errands, shopping and supporting any needs that arise.
Candidates must be sophisticated and youthful with a fresh perspective. They must be confident to express new ideas and showcase a positive attitude throughout the day. Assistants must learn to anticipate a client’s needs.

PALM BEACH FAMILY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED CHEF
The family is looking for a Chef who is familiar with cooking a gluten-free and lactose-free diet. Candidates must be knowledgeable on pairing wine with meals. The Chef will be expected to prepare a menu and stick to the menu for the family and other staff members. They are looking for a Chef with an excellent personality that will work well in the home. Personality is very important trait to the family; candidates should be discreet, polite and understand boundaries and privacy when working in a home. The ideal candidate will be very flexible on days and hours worked and have the ability to work well in a fully staffed home. The Family does not entertain often so the chef will not be expected to prepare food for guests very often.
The position will start as a temporary role from mid January until the end of April 2015 in the Palm Beach Property working for the family. The family travels abroad from April through to October, if the candidate is a good fit in the family and the chef is willing to travel with the family, the position will become permanent.
